1. To change your site name and slogan, you need to log into your Drupal admin dashboard and navigate to the Configuration->System->Site information section via the main navigation menu:

   

2. In the Site information section you will see 2 fields: Site name and Slogan. Here you can change your site slogan and name. After you made the changes, click Save configuration button at the bottom of the page:

   

3. Now you site name and slogan have been changed:
